Steines und alle die an eurem Rennen mitgewirkt haben. Ich m\u00f6chte mich hiermit, immer noch mit einem Dauergrinsen im Gesicht, bei allen f\u00fcr so eine geile Veranstaltung die ihr da im warsten Sinne des Wortes aus dem Boden gestampft habt, recht herzlich bedanken. Da ich vor 2 Jahren verletzungsbedingt mit einem weinenden Auge nicht an den Start rollen konnte, durfte ich auf dieser geilen Bahn sowohl Samstag als auch Sonntag starten. So etwas perfektes habe ich in meiner kurzen Motocross Laufbahn mit meiner 500 er wohl noch nie gefahren, ich glaube so schnell wohl auch noch nie!!!! Ich darf gar nicht dran denken das die Strecke vielleicht schon Mutter Natur zur\u00fcckgegben worden ist. Unsere damals 11j\u00e4hrige Tochter Nina ist dabei lebensgef\u00e4hrlich verletzt worden und erlitt ein sehr schweres Sch\u00e4del-Hirn-Trauma mit bleibenden Folgesch\u00e4den. Die Ermittlungen zum Unfallhergang sind aus unserer Sicht sehr d\u00fcrftig. Da so gut wie keine Zeugenaussagen aufgenommen wurden, und auch kaum Spuren gesichert wurden, fehlen sehr wichtige Anhaltspunkte, um den Unfallhergang zu rekonstruieren. Am Unfall beteiligt waren unsere Tochter und ein fahrender PKW. Alle Personen, die sich mit diesem Fall befasst haben, halten es f\u00fcr am wahrscheinlichsten, dass unsere Tochter seitlich gegen das fahrende Auto gelaufen sein soll. Das Auto soll sich dabei gerade nach vorw\u00e4rts bewegt haben. Die Lage unserer verletzten Tochter nach dem Zusammensto\u00df passt aber \u00fcberhaupt nicht zu dieser Annahme.<\/p>\n<p>Wer hatte damals in irgend einer Art und Weise etwas gesehen, beobachtet, egal ob vor, w\u00e4hrend oder direkt nach dem Zusammensto\u00df????<br \/>\nWer hat gesehen, wie und wo Nina lag, wo stand das Auto? Was haben die Polizeibeamten gemacht? Wer wurde von ihnen befragt? \u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Es existieren keine Zeugenaussagen, und dass obwohl sich schon einige Leute dort befanden. Ich bekomme keine Namen mehr zusammen, da ich mich im Schock befand. Die Personen, die ich gut kenne und helfen k\u00f6nnten, schweigen sich leider aus.<br \/>\nBITTE HELFT UNS!!!!!<br \/>\nF\u00fcr uns als Eltern ist es unfassbar, dass erstmal nur das Kind Schuld sein soll.<br \/>\nLogisch, Kinder laufen ja immer in Autos!!!!! Machen doch alle regelm\u00e4ssig, oder?<br \/>\n(Entschuldigt bitte den Sarkasmus, aber so kommt es mir vor.)<br \/>\nNina w\u00e4re niemals einfach gegen das Auto gelaufen. Es wurden verschiedene Vermutungen aufgezeigt, wie sich Nina bewegt haben k\u00f6nnte. Dabei ging es immer nur darum, dass sich Nina auf das Auto zu bewegt haben soll. Das sich aber auch das Auto auf Nina zu bewegt haben k\u00f6nnte, wurde komplett au\u00dfer Acht gelassen. Wie das Auto bewegt wurde, wurde nur in der am wahrscheinlichsten anzunehmenden Fahrweise festgelegt. Andere m\u00f6gliche Fahrweisen wurden als &#8222;jedoch nicht zu erwarten&#8220; bewertet. Ohne jegliche Begr\u00fcndung.<br \/>\nDiese Ermittlungsergebnisse finden wir sehr einseitig und nicht sehr objektiv. Zu dem ganzen Leid, das wir durch die schweren Verletzungen und deren Folgen f\u00fcr unsere Tochter tagt\u00e4glich aushalten m\u00fcssen, kommt noch die Ungewissheit, wie es wirklich passiert ist. Ganz zu schweigen von den enormen psychischen und auch finanziellen Belastungen.<br \/>\nZwei waren beteiligt und nur eine bekommt die volle Schuld. Und zwar diejenige, die auch als einzige lebenslang die Folgen des Unfalls zu tragen hat. Und dass ohne tats\u00e4chliche Beweise.<br \/>\nDie Autofahrerin braucht nur zu sagen, dass Kind ist ihr pl\u00f6tzlich ins Auto gelaufen, und wir Eltern m\u00fcssen dann das Gegenteil beweisen.<br \/>\nDas ist ungerecht und unfair!<\/p>\n<p>BITTE MELDE DICH, WENN DU IRGENDETWAS ZU DIESEM UNFALL AM 25.08.2015 WEISST!
